Sometimes the best things are the most unexpected. And Zarna Garg is one of those. Born in India and based in New York, Garg swapped a legal career ad home life for comedy stardom after appearing in Kevin Hart's Lyft Comics competition. Today, she's one of comedy's 'ones-to-watch', known for warm, honest storytelling and viral family sketches that helped her build a multimillion follower audience.
Garg is best known for her warm, selfaware comedic style that turns cultural tension and family sketches into laugh-out-loud, heartfelt moments. And while her comedy career is taking off, that's not all Garg is known for. She's also a writer and actor, previously starring in the 2024 film 'A Nice Indian Boy' and in 2025 releasing her memoir This American Woman, which became a New York Times Bestseller.

I thought I discovered Zarna
I laughed for the entire show. I hear Tina Fey and Amy Poehler are taking credit for finding Zarna but I was watching her on Facebook for years. Then my daughter told me she knew Zarna. Apparently she has been getting around but I still will think of her as the comedian I found and became famous. I love the whole family and they all made appearances. The only thing I would suggest is tell the audience to get up and dance with you at the end. I wanted to so much! Shameless bragging about my daughters; my 30 year old insurance underwriter and homeowner bought me the tickets and I would be remiss if I didn't mention that my other 33 year old daughter is a surgeon, :). But I need the matchmaker for them. I'll never have grandchildren at this rate. I need your help Zarna! ... Read more
