Overcoming Adversity

The Gay Men's Chorus of South Florida presents a musical extravaganza paying tribute to the LGBTQ+ community's power to overcome adversity, marking the tenth anniversary of the tragic shootings at the Pulse Nightclub. The chorus is joined by special guest performers from the Orlando Gay Chorus, Symphony of the Americas, The Gay Men's Chorus of Tampa Bay and the Master Chorale of South Florida, performing a specially commissioned world premiere by Saunders Choi followed by a program of empowering hits celebrating the continued endurance of the community! 

The Chorus was founded in 2010 to give outlet to the fantastic talent in the region's community and has become a star act since, attracting tens of thousands of concertgoers and collaborating with celebrated composers and performers throughout the years. Don't miss this powerful performance.
